Since I began working, people have always asked me what I love most: digital or offline advertising. My answer is: I love good ideas. And good ideas are not always ads. It can be a service, a product or just a great user experience. People connect with what is useful or makes them think, cry and laugh, regardless of formats. If it's good and relevant in some way, it will work.
In other words, I love good work. And football.
At Digital Code, besides the creative leadership, I try to set up a pleasant environment for the team. Well-being always helps creativity. We spend most part of our days at work, so we better enjoy it.
